Terms of Service

Jeize is a neutral facilitator for everyday disagreements between two people. You start a room, invite one other person with a code, and a mediator powered by AI helps you both be heard and work toward an agreement you each sign off on.

Jeize is not therapy, counseling, legal, medical, or financial advice, and the mediator is not a licensed professional. If a situation involves your safety, abuse, a crisis, or a legal matter, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services. Do not rely on Jeize for those situations.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Jeize. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know if your account is compromised.

Use Jeize respectfully. Don't use it to harass, threaten, or abuse the other participant; don't upload unlawful content; and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service. Both participants should be taking part willingly.

You keep ownership of the content you share. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the service — including sending it to AI providers to generate mediator responses. You can export or delete your content at any time.

The mediator's responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Jeize does not decide who is right and does not guarantee any particular outcome. Any agreement you reach is between you and the other participant; use your own judgment.

Your first five mediator turns are free. After that you can subscribe to Pro or buy a pack of credits. Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms; subscriptions renew until cancelled in your store account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You can stop using Jeize and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service or its users.

Jeize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeize and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the service.

We may update these terms as Jeize evolves and will revise the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes. Questions? Email hello@jeize.com.
