Privacy Policy

Jeize helps two people work through a disagreement with a neutral AI mediator. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the controls you have. We built the erase button first — your data is yours to take with you or delete.
What we collect
Account details. Your email and a display name so you can sign in and be identified inside a room.
Conversation content. The messages, voice notes, and screenshots you and the other participant share in a room, plus the mediator's replies. This is stored so the mediator can follow the thread and so you can return to the conversation later.
Usage and device data. Basic technical information (device type, app version, crash and performance logs) to keep the app working.
How we use it
We use your information to provide the mediation service, generate the mediator's responses, maintain your history, process payments, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
To generate mediator responses, conversation content is sent to third-party AI model providers acting as our processors. They process it only to return a response to Jeize and are contractually restricted from using it to train their models.
Service providers we share with
We share limited data with providers who help us run Jeize: cloud hosting and storage, AI model providers, and payment/subscription processing (including the Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat). Each acts on our instructions under a data-processing agreement.
Retention, export, and deletion
Your conversations are kept until you delete them. You can export everything or permanently erase a conversation or your entire account from within the app at any time. When you delete, we remove it from our active systems and purge it from backups on our normal backup cycle.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to what's needed to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Jeize is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can exercise most of these in-app, or contact us and we'll help.
